Course content

Surgery course – Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty. All tips and tricks in daily operation practice. In this 1to1 upper eyelid blepharoplasty surgery course, where you are the only course participant with the coach and his team in the operating room, the following aspects are discussed and shown operationally: Self-protective patient selection with many educational tips against claims for recourse. Anesthesia strategies. Surgical details of the upper eyelid blepharoplasty with different cutting techniques – scalpel, HF surgery or laser. Suitable individual incisions. Proper management of intraorbital fat. Fat reduction, resection and/or fat redistribution. Management of ROOF and orbicularis muscle during upper eyelid blepharoplasty. Different suturing techniques with consideration of the individual eye shape of the patient and his wishes with medically sufficient eyelid folds and eyelid sulcus. Avoid possible complications. Everything you want to learn about upper eyelid blepharoplasty. Postoperative follow-up.
